Returns:

Savour the Vapour offers a 14 day return policy, beginning from the date of purchase (with some exceptions - please see policy on disposable vaporizers). Please see eligibility for details. After 14 days, a refund or exchange will not be processed.

All e-juices & tanks purchased are final sale; for hygiene and health & safety purposes.

Eligibility

Eligibility for a refund is contingent on the following:

Item must be unused & in original packaging
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Exchanges:

Savour the Vapour will only replace items if they display factory defects.

Disposable Vaporizer Return Policy

All defective disposable pens must be returned with the packaging and receipt proving the purchase. Returns on defective pens that were purchased in store must be made within 24 hours of the purchase. Please contact us via email if you have received a defective disposable via a Canada Post order.
